The Snow Joe iON18SB-HYB-RM is a hybrid snow blower designed for clearing snow from paved surfaces. It can operate in two modes: cordless (DC power) using an EcoSharp® iBAT40 lithium-ion battery pack, or corded (AC power) by connecting to an electrical outlet via an extension cord. This hybrid capability offers flexibility, allowing users to choose between the freedom of cordless operation and the continuous power of a corded connection, depending on the task and available resources. The snow blower features an 18-inch clearing width and a steel auger with two rubber blades, designed to efficiently move light, fluffy snow. It has a maximum throw distance of 20 feet (6 meters) and a plowing capacity of 500 lbs/min (227 kg/min). The device is equipped with a 180° auto-rotate chute for directional control of the snow discharge and an adjustable chute deflector to control the height of the snow stream.
