Chapter 9 Trouble Shooting
Under the auto mode every step of a cycle is thought as finished by pressure switch. When the
hydraulic pressure reaches the setting value, the pressure switch indicator lamp on the control panel
is on. If any step of a cycle can’t be finished, check the setting value of the pressure switch. (Refer
to Chapter 4-3)
Other faults:
1. The motor overload has tripped.
- Investigate the cause before re-setting.
2. The machine doesn’t do anything though the hydraulic pump is on.
- Wire broken in control circuit or motor rotating the wrong way.
