Remote control enables. If it is not controlled by
yourself, please disconnect the DC switch of the
inverter, wait for 5 minutes, and then turn on the
DC switch. Observe whether the fault has been
eliminated after the inverter is restarted. If not,
please contact the customer service of
SOFARSOLAR.
Inverter shows ID83 when remote derating. If no
one operate this function, please check the
connection (I/O) according to chapter 4.5
Logical interface derating
Check whether the inverter has dust and dust,
whether there are foreign matters blocking the fan
at the air inlet. If so, please improve the ventilation
and heat dissipation of the environment. It is
recommended that the inverter should be cleaned
once every half a year.
String fuse open circuit
alarm
There are internal faults of inverter, turn OFF the
“DC switch”, wait for 5 minutes, then turn ON the
“DC switch”. Check whether the fault is rectified.
