  If the dehumidifying function of your Soleus Air Dehumidifier isn't working, it could be due to a clogged air filter. Clean the air filter as instructed under “Cleaning the Dehumidifier.” Another cause could be an obstruction in the intake or discharge duct. Remove any obstructions from these ducts.
