What to do if the water bucket float malfunctions in my Soleus Air DS2-110IP-210?

If you encounter a water bucket float malfunction, remove the water bucket and check that the plastic float is correctly installed. It should sit at the top of the bucket and move freely. If the error persists, contact Soleus Customer Service at 877-665-9765 for assistance.
