10. With many actuators, in particular in KNX (EIB) systems, the neutral conductor must
be connected to the corresponding actuator / motor output.
See image.
The neutral conductor connection on the actuator serves as a necessary measuring
point. In this case, every N-terminal (measuring point on the actuator) and every
drive neutral conductor must be routed on neutral conductor potentials (N rails).
The actuator manufacturer’s specifications take priority!
11. WT series drives cannot be operated with mains cut-off.
Additional information for blinds manufacturers:
Type J4 18 WT drives may not be operated via an isolating transformer or with a network
frequency greater than 63 Hz.
