Q: Why my device stays “Ofine”?
A: The newly added device needs 1 – 2mins to connect Wi-Fi
and net w ork. If it st a ys ofi n e f or a l ong tim e , p leas e
judge these problems by the blue Wi-Fi indicator status:
1. The blue Wi-Fi indicator quickly ashes once per second,
which means that the switch failed to connect your Wi-Fi:
① Maybe you have entered a wrong Wi-Fi password.
② M a y b e t h e re's too m u ch d i s tance between the s w i tch
you r rout e r or the environ m e nt c a uses interference,
consider getting close to the router. If failed, please add it
again.
③ The 5G Wi-Fi network is not supported and only supports
the 2.4GHz wireless network.
④ Maybe the MAC address ltering is open. Please turn it off.
2. Blue i ndicator q u i ckly as h e s twice p e r second, w hich
means your devic e has conn ected to Wi-Fi but f a i l ed to
connec t to the s e rver.

If none of the above methods solved the problem, you
can open the mobile data network on your phone to create
a Wi-Fi hotspot, then add the device again.
Ensure a steady enough network. If double ash occurs
frequently, which means youaccess an unsteady network,
not the product problem. If the network is normal, try
to turn off the power to restart the switch.
