Touch functions when shooting
You can use two different touch functions when focusing with this
camera.
Touch Focus
You can specify where to focus using touch operations.
Touch Tracking
The camera maintains focus on the subject that was touched on the
monitor. The camera continues tracking even if the subject moves.
Touch pad operations
There are two kinds of touch operations for this camera. One is touch
panel operations: touching the monitor while looking directly at it. The
other is touch pad operations: using the monitor as a touch pad while
looking through the viewfinder.
Select MENU
(Setup) [Touch Operation] [Touch Panel/Pad] to
choose which type of operation to enable.
For details on the touch functions, refer to the “Help Guide.
Hint
Setting [Touch Sensitivity] to [Sensitive] improves the touch response.
Note
The monitor may not respond when you operate it with gloves.
