Deactivate Monitor
When you press the key to which the [Deactivate Monitor] function has been assigned, the
monitor turns black, and the screen display is locked to [No Disp. Info.].
1. MENU (Custom Settings) [Custom Key(Shoot.)] → set the [Deactivate
Monitor] function to the desired key.
2. Press the key to which [Deactivate Monitor] was assigned.
Note
Even if you perform [Deactivate Monitor], the backlight of monitor remains on. To turn off
the backlight, switch the monitor mode to viewfinder mode using the [FINDER/MONITOR]
function.

LPF Effect
This camera is equipped with an adjustable optical low pass filter. By adjusting [LPF Effect]
to match the subject, you can give priority to resolution, or reduce moiré and false color.
1. MENU (Camera Settings)[LPF Effect]→desired setting.
Menu item details
(Off):
Does not use [LPF Effect]. Gives priority to resolution.
(Standard):
Balances resolution with moiré and false color reduction.
(High):
Gives priority to reducing moiré and false color.
