FEATURES
Mid·side capsules
A uni·directional capsule (for the mid microphone) and a bi·
directional capsule (for the side microphone) are installed ver.

a single microphone body.
The mid
microphone
picks up sound from the front and the
side

the
sound from the left and right.
The picked up sounds are then
split into a left and right chan·
nel
electrically
through
an
M.S. matrix circuit. As a result there
is a better stereo
effect
with less " hole·in·the·middl
e"
and a
truer
duplication
of
the original sound
distribution.
Compact and lightweight
Use
this

a stereo cassette·corder for portable
use, indoors
or
outdoors.
Back·electret condenser capsule
Back·electret system is used for the microphone capsules
to
obtain excellent
transient
characteri
stics
and improved fi·
delity. '
Battery check lamp
LED indi
cator
shows
the
battery
condition.
Stereo miniplug
This microphone is equipped
with
a stereo
miniplug
. You can
record in stereo by connecting
the
miniplug
directly
to the
stereo mini
jack
of
a stereo cassette tape recorder.

Plug adaptor
The supplied plug adaptor is equipped
with
a uni-mafch plug
so that it can
be
used
with
phone
jacks
as well as
with
the mini
jacks used
in
many
compact
cassette recorders.
No
cross-talk
There can be no cross·talk between the right and left channels
because the
two
channels use independent cable
within
a
single cord.
Remote control
By
attaching
the MRU-
60
remote control unit (optional
),
the
