Precautions on connecting the recorder to a computer
When connecting the recorder to a computer, it is recommended that
you connect the supplied USB cradle to the computer with the
dedicated USB cable and place the recorder on the USB cradle.
If you connect the recorder directly to the computer without using
the supplied USB cradle, please do the following:
Fully charge the built-in rechargeable battery.
Insert the dedicated USB cable firmly into the recorder’s USB
cradle connecting jack.
Place the recorder on a stable place not subject to vibrations.
•Make sure not to touch or disturb the recorder or dedicated USB
cable, especially while checking in/checking out an audio file.
Make sure the above points are carried out. If they are not, audio file
check-out authorization may be reduced.
