      If there is no picture on your Sony Projector, verify that all cable connections are correct. Ensure your projector is compatible with DDC2B (Digital Data Channel 2B). If it is, connect the projector to the computer, turn on the projector, and then start the computer. Also, select the correct input source using the INPUT key and press the PIC MUTING key to release picture muting, if activated.

      If you're not getting any sound from your Sony Projector, first, check all cable connections to ensure they are properly connected. Make sure you are using a no-resistance stereo audio cable. Also, verify that the audio is not muted by pressing the AUDIO MUTING key. Finally, adjust the sound using the VOLUME +/– key on the Remote Commander or adjust “Volume” in the PICTURE SETTING menu.
