Afmr pressing the playback button or
cueing to (he track, the playback can start
quickly.

1 Press MENU.
2 Press _ or _ repeatedly until
"OPTION" appears in the display,
and then press ENT/I_||.
3 Press _ or _ repeatedly until
"Power" appears in )he display, and
then press EN'I'/I_||.
4 Press _ or _ repeatedly until
"QUICK" appears in the display, and
then press EN'I'/I_||.
To switch back to the normal
setting
Select "NORMAL" in step 4.
To cancel the procedure
Press MENU.
To return the preceding
settings
Press m/CANCEL.
Notes
• When the power mode is set to "QUICK", the
power remains on within the recorder even
when nothing appears in the display. This
leads to a shorter battery lilk:.
• 1f no recorder operation (including opmling or
closing of(he lid) occurs for ml hour, the
power in tile recorder automatically )urn ofl]
For this reason, the next time you start
playback or do another opera)ion, tile recorder
will not respond quickly, file unit, however,
will re*urn to quick mode afterwards.
