4. FORESEEN AND NOT FORESEEN USES OF MACHINE
WARNING !
This machine is designed to produce ice cream to be packed in different
ways (cups, cones, bulk, etc.). The SOREN freezer can also be used to cool
liquid food products containing at least 1-2% of fat.
Any other use is improper and so is prohibited by SOREN.
In particular the machine must not be used for production and processing
of:
♦ grated-ice drink
♦ toxic and not toxic chemical products and chemical products mixes
♦ alcool based products and explosive products
