9.5. OPERATION PROBLEM SOLVING
Product too soft
• Liquid refrigerant filter clogged.
• Liquid refrigerant pressure too low.
• No liquid refrigerant available.
• Scraper blades need reconditioning.
• Mix flow rate too high.
• Mix supply too warm.
• Mix formulation incorrect.
Overrun too low
• Leaking air connections.
• Air supply pressure too low.
• Freezing cylinder pressure too high.
• Mass flow meter or controller not working correctly.
