  If your SOUNDMASTER Radio connects to the network but can't play certain stations, the station might not be broadcasting at that time (it could be in a different time zone). Alternatively, the station's server might be overloaded with too many listeners or has reached its maximum allowed number of simultaneous listeners. Also, the link on the radio could be outdated; this updates automatically every day, so it should work the next time you turn it on.

  If there is no sound coming from your SOUNDMASTER Radio, first adjust the volume using the Tune/Select knob. Then, check that the mains power lead is properly connected at the back of the radio and that the mains power wall socket is switched on.
