Square LFO
The square LFO outputs only two values, instantly jumping between them at a fixed interval. Square
waves can create an even stronger sense of rhythm than sawtooth LFOs, and are often used to
create choppy effects in time with the music.
Triangle LFO
The triangle LFO is similar in shape to the sine LFO, but it follows a linear path between its minimum
and maximum values. Triangle LFOs are ubiquitous in modulation effects like phasers as well as
synthesizers.
