Troubleshooting
Unit Appears Dead / No LEDs Lit
Dead battery: Check that the 9V battery is new. In the case of a rechargeable battery, make sure the
battery is fully charged.
Wrong power supply: Use correct power supply. For more details, refer to Power.
Corroded power cable plug: Check power plug for corrosion on sleeve. Swap out power supply if
necessary.
Hard Reset
Hard Reset - Restore Original Firmware: In cases where the Reflex stops working, a firmware reset
may solve the problem. Firmware updates will be made available on the Source Audio website.
Waste Disposal Notes
If possible, dispose of the device at an electronics recycling center. Do not dispose of the device with
the household waste.
For full compliance with EN 61000-4-6 standard, input cable must be less than 3 meters in length.
