ASSEMBLE THE WHEELS
1. Secure the wheel brackets (4) to the wheels (5) using the axles (6) and pushnuts (7). Install each
wheel assembly to the base (1) with a single bolt (8) and washer (9).
NOTE
Do not install both bolts onto the wheel assembly at this time. The back bolt will be installed during the strut
assembly.

NOTE
Use a scrap wood board to support the pushnut/axle from the end to install the second pushnut onto the axle.
