ATTACH THE ELEVATOR TUBE ASSEMBLY
3. Attach the elevator tubes (31 & 32) to the top pole section (12) through the triangle plates (33)
using the bolts (37), spacers (42 & 40), and nuts (39).
4. Install the pole cap (35) onto the top pole (12).
WARNING
TIGHTEN THE BOLTS (37) IN THE LOCK NUTS (39) UNTIL FLUSH (EVEN) WITH THE LOCK NUT’S OUTER EDGE.
