A. Fit rim (34) securely into bracket (53) as shown. Allow T-bolt (54) to slip through center hole in rim (34).
B. Install reinforcement bracket (55) onto T-bolt (54) as shown.
C. Install spring (56) onto T-bolt (54) as shown.
D. Install special nut (57) and washer (58) onto T-bolt (54).
E. Tighten nut (57) until 1/8” of the bolt threads on end of T-bolt (54) are exposed.
