20. FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Phone does not start
- The phone is turned on by pressing and holding the button
- Make sure that the battery is properly inserted in the battery compartment.
- The battery may not be charging. Connect the charger to the phone and check that
the red charging light on the phone's display panel is on. Wait a few minutes until
the battery is sufficiently charged before trying again.
The phone does not charge properly
- For proper charging, connect the AC adapter to the phone correctly and follow the
instructions in this manual, section 16.
