Problem

Safety Points to Obey for Modelers

have been properly charged for your model.
• Keeptrackofthetimethesystemisturnedonso
you will know how long you can safely operate the
transmitter.
• Checkallservosandtheirconnectionspriorto
each run.
• Donotoperateyourmodelnearspectators,parking
areas or any other area that could result in injury to
people or damage of property.
• Donotoperateyourmodelduringadverseweather
conditions. Poor visibility can cause disorientation and
loss of control of your model.
• Donotpointthetransmitterantennadirectlytowardthe
model. The radiation pattern from the tip of the antenna
is inherently low.
• Donottakechances.Ifatanytimeduringtheoperation
of your model you observe any erratic or abnormal
operation, immediately stop operation of your model
until the cause of the problem has been ascertained
and corrected. Safety can never be taken lightly.
sd Card
The DX3R PRO features an SD card reader allowing
your transmitter’s software to be updated by an SD
card (sold separately). Simply download the software
(when available) from the Spektrum website and
follow the instructions to load it onto your SD card.
To upload the new software to your DX3R PRO:
•Removethegrip
•InserttheSDcard
•Turnonyourtransmitter
•Waitforafewsecondsuntilthemain screen is
displayed.
•RemovetheSDcard
•Replacethegrip
The transmitter is updated and ready for use.
