Step 1

Insert guide rod into rear stabiliser and secure with bolts and washers.

Step 2

Attach main base frame to rear stabiliser using bolts, bracket, washers, and nuts.

Step 3

Place front vertical frame onto main base frame and secure with bolts, bracket, washers, and nuts.

Step 4

Slide rubber bumpers, place weight plates, insert selector rod and small weight plate.

Step 5

Attach upper frame to front vertical frame and guide rods using bolts, washers, and nuts.

Step 6

Attach seat pad support and leg developer holder to frames using bolts, washers, and nuts.
