      If your SprayTECH Water Pump isn't running, first, ensure it's properly plugged in. Check the breaker and reset it if it has tripped. If the pressure control knob is at the minimum setting, turn it clockwise to increase the pressure setting and supply power to the unit. Inspect for faulty or loose wiring, and if found, take it to a SprayTECH authorized service center. Finally, give the motor time to cool down.

      A poor spray pattern from your SprayTECH Water Pump can stem from several causes. The spray tip may be worn or too large, so replace it following the spray gun instructions. Excessive pressure can also be the culprit; decrease spray pressure by rotating the pressure control knob counterclockwise. If the spray tip is too large for the material, replace it with a new or smaller one. Adjust the pressure by rotating the pressure control knob for a proper spray pattern. Ensure sufficient fluid delivery by cleaning all screens and filters. Lastly, if the material is too viscous, add solvent according to the manufacturer's recommendations.
