Air Spring Installation
200 Hour Service Air Spring Installation
It is optional to change maximum fork travel by installing an All-Travel spacer onto, or removing from, the air spring shaft assembly or by replacing the
air spring assembly. It may also be necessary to add or remove Bottomless Tokens™. Refer to Air Spring Tra vel Change and Bottomless Tokens for
details.
Refer to the RockShox® Spare Parts Catalog available at www.sram.com/service for the required spare part kits. For part ordering information, please
contact your local SRAM® distributor or dealer.
Apply a liberal amount of grease to the inside of the upper tube, from
the end of the tube to approximately 60 mm into the tube.
Install the top out bumper onto the shaft.
Apply a liberal amount of grease to the air spring shaft.
