When the board is supplied with STD_ALONE_5V (on connector 11), then the STLINK-V3E debugger is not
supplied. Take care to correctly supply the board when using CN11. Pin 1 of CN11 is the STD_ALONE_5V supply
and pin 2 is the GND, as shown in Figure 17.
