Step 1: Unfolding the Frame

Unfold the PILATES PREMIER main frame to a flat position.

Step 2: Attaching End Covers

Secure the front and rear end covers onto the frame.

Step 3: Inserting Foot Rest

Insert the foot rest into the mounting holes on the front frame.

Step 4: Inserting Foam Pad Assemblies

Insert foam pad assemblies into the cushion assembly holes.

Step 5: Positioning Head Rest

Position the head rest at an incline by pivoting the support bracket.

Attach ropes to pulley assembly and hand grips using hooks.
