Assembly Instructions

Step 1: Frame Separation

Unfold the main frame assembly, separating it by removing the locking pin and unfolding.

Step 2: Attach Feet and Wheels

Attach rubber feet to the front and rear frames using screws and plastic wheels with washers and nuts.

Step 3: Extend Frame

Unfold the PILATES 4500 JP to a flat position by moving the front frame away from the platform end.

Step 4: Install Covers

Place the front and rear covers over their respective frames and press them securely in place.

Step 5: Insert Foot Rest

Insert the foot rest through the mounting holes on the front frame and front cover.

Step 6: Insert Foam Pad Assemblies

Insert the foam pad assemblies into the designated holes on the cushion assembly.

Step 7: Position Head Rest

Position the head rest on the cushion assembly by pivoting the support bracket underneath.

Step 8: Attach Tension Cords

Secure tension cord assemblies and red power cord assembly in the front frame slots for resistance adjustment.

Step 9: Adjust Rope Length

Adjust the rope length through the rope adjustment bracket and adjust hand straps for size and needs.

Keep the PILATES 4500 JP in a clean, dry place and move it using the wheels.
