TERMOFTHISAGREEMENT:

GXlPARTSAND SERVICELLCwill repairor replacethepressurewasher shouldthepump,motor,orframecomponentsfail undernormalresidentialusagewithin the FiveYearCoverage

Period(fromthe originaldate of purchase).Upto two replacementswill be providedduringthelife of the agreement.

Thecord,GFCIbreaker,wand, hose,triggerassemblyand otherattachmentsarewarrantedunderthetermsof the standardwarrantyfor 90days.Anycommercial,industrialor rentaluseof

the productwill void this agreement.

TO QUALIFYFORREPAIRSUNDERTHISAGREEMENT:

TheProductProtectionPlanmustbe purchasedand paidin full a residentialcustomer.Productmustbepurchasedin the UnitedStates, MexicoorCanadafromadealerauthorizedby GXi

OutdoorPowerEquipmentLLCto sell thoseproducts.Thiswarranty appliesto first retail purchaser/ ownerand isnon-transferable.A serial numberandproof of purchasereceiptshowing

date of purchaseandauthorizeddealeris requiredto demonstratewarranty purchaseeligibility.

WHAT GXIPARTSAND SERVICELLCWILLREPAIRORREPLACEUNDERAGREEMENT:

GXIPARTSAND SERVICELLCwill repairor replacewith a new or reconditionedproduct,at its option,any partthatfails undernormaluseduringtheapplicablewarrantytime periodsubject

to the exclusionsstatedherein. Thisagreementisvoidif the ownerfails tofollow the prescribedmaintenanceandoperatingproceduresdescribedin the productmanual.

GXIPARTSAND SERVICELLChasthe right to recoveradministrationcostsfromthe ownerif the rootcauseof the failure isfoundto be otherthanconditionscoveredby this

agreement. Anythingreplacedunderthis agreementbecomesthe propertyof GXIPARTSAND SERVICELLC. Partsreplacedunderthisagreementwill onlybe coveredfor the term ofthe

agreement.Nowarranty of anykind beyondthe termof this agreementis implied.

TO OBTAINSERVICE:

ContactGXIPARTSAND SERVICELLCto obtainreturnauthorizationanddirectionsasto wheretosendyour productfor evaluation.Have yourProduct ProtectionPlan receipt andthe

productserial numberavailable when you call.

EasyReturn Service- ContactGXIPARTSAND SERVICELLCfor a pre-paidreturnshippinglabel andinstructionstoship theproducttoourrepairfacility. If thereisa failure

coveredunderthe terms ofthis agreement,the productwill be repairedandreturnedto thecustomerfreeof allcharges.Inthe eventthere isa repairrequiredthat is not

coveredunderthe terms ofthis agreement,GXIPARTSANDSERVICELLCwill notify the customerofthe repairand returnshippingcostspriorto proceedingwith repairs.If

paymentis not receivedwithin 60 daysthe productwill be disposedof.

Advance Exchange Service- ContactGXIPARTSAND SERVICELLCand providea validcredit card,a$75 pre-authorizationwill bemadeagainstyourcard.GXIPARTSAND

SERVICELLCwill shipa replacementunitto youwith a pre-paidreturnshippinglabel and instructionsto ship the faulty productto ourrepairfacility. Ifthereis a failurethat is

coveredunderthe terms ofthis agreement,the pre-authorizedchargeswill becancelled.In the eventthereisa non-coveredrepair requiredor accessoriesare missing,GXI

PARTSAND SERVICELLCwill chargethe customer'scardfor the repairsandthe missingaccessories(oneway freight?)Theotherguypaysfor this.

Ifyouare notsatisfiedwith serviceunderthis agreement,contact GXIPARTSAND SERVICELLC.However,if youshouldrequirefurtherassistance,write to GXIPARTSAND SERVICELLC,

attention customerService.

EXCLUSIONS:

THISAGREEMENTDOESNOTEXTENDTOPARTSAFFECTEDORDAMAGEDBYACCIDENTAND/ORCOLLISION,CONTAMINATION,USEINAN APPLICATIONFORWHICHTHEPRODUCT

WASNOTDESIGNEDORANYOTHERMISUSE,NEGLECT,INCORPORATIONORUSEOFUNSUITABLEATTACHMENTSORPARTS,UNAUTHORIZEDALTERATION,ORANYCAUSESOTHER

THANNORMALUSEOFTHEPRODUCT.IN PARTICULAR,THISWARRANTYDOESNOTCOVERDAMAGECAUSEDBYFAILURETOFOLLOWPRESCRIBEDWARNINGSAND OPERATING

PRACTICES;FAILURETOFOLLOWPROPERMAINTENANCEANDSTORAGEPROCEDURES;ANDPHYSICALDAMAGEDUETOSHIPPING,HANDLINGORSTORAGE.

DISCLAIMEROFCONSEQUENTIALDAMAGEAND LIMITATIONOBLGATIONSUNDERTHISAGREEMENT:

GXIPARTSAND SERVICELLCDISCLAIMSANYRESPONSIBILITYFORLOSSOFTIMEORUSEOFTHEPRODUCT,TRANSPORTATION,COMMERCIALLOSS,ORANY OTHERINCIDENTALOR

THISAGREEMENTISVOIDIFTHEMANUFACTURINGDATEAND THESERIALNUMBERONTHEEQUIPMENTHASBEENREMOVEDORTHEEQUIPMENTHASBEENMODIFIED.THE

AGREEMENTISNOTTRANSFERABLE,NON-REFUNDABLEANDHASNOCASHVALUE.
