STEP 1: Charge your hearing aids
Select your charger:
Custom Charger
Premium Custom Charger
Before using your hearing aids for
the first time, fully charge them.
See Your Custom Charger User Manual.
STEP 2: Put on your hearing aids
1. Gripping the outer edges of your
hearing aid, gently insert canal tip
into your ear canal and rotate the
hearing aid backward.
2. Gently press the hearing aid
into place. Done!
