5. Thread the grommet plate onto the rod.
6. While another person holds the pole and the grommet collar upright, on the
underside of the mounting surface, thread the rod up through the grommet hole
and into the pole.
7. Turn the knob clockwise to tighten the grommet mount. (gure 7)

Attach the VESA pole clamp
1. Slide the cable-management clip and the VESA pole clamp down the pole.
