2. Instructions for installation and service
2.1. General instructions
• Warranty of the Magic Temper® is only valid for a “standard” use such as described in this
manual.
• Warranty does not apply if device has been dismantled, even partially.
• Only people authorized by STATICE TEMPERING could open and access to the inside of the
device.
• Disconnect the power supply before any intervention on the device (cleaning, repairing, etc.).
• This user manual is part of the device, please keep it during its whole lifecycle and pass it on
to further users/owners.
2.2. Power requirements
• The external power supply is connected via a power cable to the main plug.
• There is an « on/off » switch at the front of the device.
• Only the plug off of the power supply guarantees that all elements are no longer under
electrical supply.
2.3. Handling and installation
• The device weights approximatively 2kg.
• It must be placed on a flat and stable surface.
