      If your Steamfast Steam Cleaner mop isn't emitting steam or the steam output is weak, the water tank might be empty; refill it with distilled water. Another reason could be mineral deposits built up inside the mop. In that case, the unit needs cleaning. Refer to REMOVING MINERAL BUILD-UP for cleaning instructions.

      If you notice streaks or dirt remaining on the floor after using your Steamfast Steam Cleaner, the microfiber pad might be dirty. Wash the current microfiber pad and attach a new or freshly laundered pad to the mop head. Then, re-steam the areas where streaking or dirt remains.
