Base Assembly Disassembly

Adjust Chair Height

Adjust chair to maximum seat height before proceeding with disassembly steps.

Position Chair for Disassembly

Turn the chair upside down and set it on a stable stand or table.

Slide Telescopic Cover

Slide the plastic telescopic cover down the column completely.

Remove Base Assembly

Remove the base assembly using a disassembly tool or by twisting and pulling.

Chair Component Disassembly and Reassembly

Remove Upright and Back Assembly

Remove the upright and back assembly by unscrewing and tapping it out.

Remove Synchro Pivot Pins

Remove synchro pivot pins by first releasing retaining clips and then pulling pins.

Install New Power Pack

Install the new power pack and reinstall synchro pivot pins with retaining clips.

Reassemble Chair

Reinstall upright assembly, base assembly, and seat components.
