Service
Please do not send the device to us without authorisation! You should fi rst
get in touch with our service centre.
If the device is to be collected, it must be packed securely and copies of the
invoice and the guarantee card must be enclosed.
As soon as the device reaches us, it will be checked for faults by our claims
department, and repaired. Once this process is completed, your device will
be returned to you as quickly as possible.
If this return is not covered by the guarantee, the costs incurred will be
calculated.
Guarantee processing / guarantees are handled by the company Steinbach
VertriebsgmbH.
The item will be repaired by the company Steinbach VertriebsgmbH, howev-
er where no right of return exists it will not be taken back.
Cleaning
Use conventional cleaning products. Do not use solvent based or abrasive
cleaning agents, i.e. no hard sponges, brushes etc.
Storage
The product must be thoroughly dried after cleaning. After which, it is to be
stored in a dry location protected from frost (5-8 °C).
At the end of the season
The battery should be fully charged before storage. The pool cleaner’s
battery should be recharged every three months. Use only the original and
authorised adapter.
Disposal
Disposing of packaging: The packaging material has been selected in
view of environmental concerns and disposability and is therefore recycla-
ble. The paper and cardboard can be recycled, as can the plastic coverings.
Disposing of the product: Applicable in the European Union and other
European states with systems in place for collecting and sorting recyclable
materials. Dispose of the product in accordance with any laws and regula-
tions applicable at your place of residence.
Guarantee
The respective country’s legal provisions for warranty conditions shall apply
accordingly.
Declaration of conformity (CE)
The EU declaration of conformity can be requested via the address shown
at the end of this manual.
