If the transmitter is transmitting, indicated by a flashing power LED, but the crane isn't responding, several factors could be at play. First, verify that the E-Stop switch is not engaged. Second, ensure the transmitter is within the receiver's operational range. Third, confirm that the receiver is powered on. Lastly, inspect the E-Stop pushbutton on the transmitter for any damage and check the wiring for any breaks or disconnections. Repair or replace the E-Stop push button or wiring if necessary.
