  If your Stellar Labs Construction Equipment crane won't operate, there are several potential causes. First, ensure the PTO is engaged. If it still won't engage, consult the PTO manufacturer's manual. Also, check the hydraulic reservoir fluid level. Make sure the Panic Bar E-Stop is not engaged and that the selector switch is in crane mode, not stabilizer/off mode. Verify the dump valve is receiving the correct electrical signal and working properly, and that the hydraulic pump is producing the proper flow and pressure. Confirm the hydraulic oil is at the correct operating temperature and that the engine speed control is activated. Finally, check the fuse and holder, ground, power supply, voltage, and wiring connections. Make sure the manual/remote switch is working.
