Why does my Stellar Labs Construction Equipment crane only operate at full speed?

If your Stellar Labs Construction Equipment crane only operates at full speed, start by checking if there is a constant 12V power supply going to the proportional valve. If 12 volts are present at the proportional valve without pulling the transmitter trigger, the system handle/trigger assembly may be defective. If 8 volts are present at the proportional valve, the valve may be stuck open; remove it, clean it thoroughly, and reinstall it, being careful not to overtighten. If the problem continues, replace the proportional valve. Also, check if the manual override on the proportional valve is turned out; if so, turn it in.
