SPECIAL INFORMATION | OPERATION
General information
SPECIAL INFORMATION
- The appliance may be used by children over 8
years of age and persons with reduced physi-
cal, sensory or mental capabilities or a lack of
experience and expertise, provided that they
are supervised or they have been instructed
on how to use the appliance safely and have
understood the potential risks. Children must
never play with the appliance. Cleaning and
user maintenance must not be carried out by
children without supervision.
- Observe all applicable national and regional
regulations and instructions.
- The appliance is not approved for outdoor
installation.
- You must not install the appliance in safety
zones 0, 1 and2. The safety zones are defined
in the IEC60364-7-701 standard.
- Maintain the minimum clearances. See chap-
ter "Preparations/ Installation site".
- Fix the appliance in position as described in
chapter "Installation/ Preparations".
- The connection to the power supply must be
in the form of a permanent connection. En-
sure the appliance can be separated from the
power supply by an isolator that disconnects
all poles with at least 3mm contact separa-
tion. This requirement can be met by contac-
tors, isolators, fuses, etc.
- Observe the fuse protection required for the
appliance (see chapter "Specification/ Data
table").
- For the power cable, connections and con-
necting cables to external control equipment,
observe chapter "Electrical connection" and
the wiring diagram in chapter "Specification".
- The power cable must only be replaced (for
example if damaged) by a qualified contrac-
tor authorised by the manufacturer, using an
original spare part.
OPERATION
1. General information
The chapters "Special information" and "Operation" are intended
for appliance users and qualified contractors. The chapter "Instal-
lation" is intended for qualified contractors.

Read these instructions carefully before using the appli-
ance and retain them for future reference. Pass on these
instructions to a new user if required.
