Remember to t the clamps back on the fuel
pipe and check that it does not leak.
Ret the protection (12) and restore accurately the
mass and all the electrical contacts.
Reattach the accelerator cable and ...
Adjust the «MINIMUM» position.
Ret the front hood.
Re set the adjuster (3) and check the spring ten-
sion.
Reset the tension of the stretcher spring if it has
been loosened.
NOTE Some engines are held with screws of dier
ent length and in dierent positions, so it is best to
label them so that no errors are made on reassembly.
On reassembly, fully tighten the screws for the en gi ne
and the pulley to the amounts shown.
Reassemble the spacer (11), with the countersink
facing the engine. En su re that the pin (13) is inserted
into the clutch spli ne (9) and remember to ret the
spring (7).
Remove the protection from the exhaust (12) and di-
sconnect the cable control from the accelerator and
all the electrical wires.
Detach the fuel line pipe, taking care not to spill
fuel.
Identify and undo all the screws that fasten the
engine to the chassis, then carefully lift and remove
the engine using equipment suitable for the weight of
the engine (about 45-50 kg) and the designated lifting
points to guarantee safe working conditions.
