14 Inserting and Removing the Connecting Cord
To mount the nozzle:
Push the locking lever (2) and hold it in this position.
Adjust the nozzle (1) by sliding it into the desired position
on the blower tube (3).
Release the locking lever (2).
The nozzle should lock in position.
14.1 Inserting the Connecting Cord
WARNING
Never use a malfunctioning, damaged, cracked, leaking or
deformed battery, @ 7. Use and store the battery only
within an ambient temperature range of 14 °F to 122 °F (- 10
°C to 50 °C), @ 7.
To insert the connecting cord:
Line up the arrow on the connecting cord plug (2) with the
arrow on the socket (1).
Push the plug straight into the socket with steady, even
pressure until it is fully inserted.
14.2 Removing the Connecting Cord
WARNING
To reduce the risk of severe personal injury from unintended
activation, always remove the connecting cord before
assembling, transporting, adjusting, cleaning, servicing,
maintaining or storing the blower. Remove the connecting
cord in the event of malfunction or emergency and any time
the blower is not in use.
WARNING
To reduce the risk of electric shock or personal injury from
the loss of control, always switch off the blower before
removing the connecting cord from the socket.
