3.1 Trimmer and Charger
The trimmer is powered by an integrated lithium ion battery
that cannot be removed from the power tool.
1 Control Handle
Handle for the operator's rear hand.
2 Trigger Switch Lockout
Must be depressed while the retaining latch is unlocked
to allow activation of the trigger switch.
3 Retaining Latch
Locks/unlocks the trigger switch.
4 Activation Key
Enables the flow of electrical power from the integrated
battery to the motor.
5 Activation Key Socket
Socket for connecting the activation key to the trimmer.
6Star Knob
Tightens the loop handle in position.
7Housing
Contains the integrated battery.
Refers to a designated chapter or sub-chapter in this
instruction manual.
