Engine
Before performing any inspection, maintenance, cleaning or other work on the machine, shut off the engine, turn off the water
supply and squeeze the spray gun trigger until the pressure in the system has been fully released.
Condition Cause Remedy
Water comes out of the thermal relief
valve
Water temperature too high Do not run pressure washer for longer than
3 minutes without active spraying
Thermal relief valve leaking Have the thermal relief valve repaired
1)
Oil in high-pressure pump is milky,
frothy
Water in oil of high-pressure pump Change oil in high-pressure pump
Oil comes out of the high-pressure
pump
High-pressure pump is leaking Have the high-pressure pump repaired
1)
No supply of detergents Detergent tank is empty Fill detergent tank
Suction hose or suction intake filter is clogged Eliminate clog
Injector dirty or clogged Clean injector – see "Maintenance"
Detergent nozzle / low-pressure nozzle not
inserted / clogged
Insert / clean detergent nozzle / low-pres-
sure nozzle
