When GPS protection is activated, the
owner of the machine is notified if the
machine is operated outside the home
area. The PIN code is also requested on
the robotic mower display.
14.6 Manual mowing
Do not activate the mowing blade or set
the lowest cutting height in high grass.
The robotic mower load must never cause
the mowing motor speed to drop
significantly. If the speed drops or the
robotic mower slows down, select a higher
cutting height setting.
15.1 Preparation
Install the docking station (Ö 9.8)
Route (Ö 9.9) and connect (Ö 9.11) the
perimeter wire
Remove foreign bodies (e.g. toys,
tools) from the mowing area
Charge the battery (Ö 15.8)
Set the time and date (Ö 11.10)
Check the mowing plan and adapt if
necessary – in particular it must be
ensured that third parties keep away
from the danger area during active
times. (Ö 11.7)
15.2 Removing and installing the
control panel
The control panel can be removed from
the robotic mower as required in order to
perform manual mowing or to e.g. change
the programming.
Automatic operation of the robotic mower
is only possible when the control panel is
inserted.
Removing the control panel:
In running operation, press the STOP
button before removing the control
panel.
Lift the rear of the control panel (1) with a
slight tug and remove it from the robotic
mower. It remains connected to the
machine via a spiral cable.
Inserting the control panel:
Stow the spiral cable (1) in the housing
compartment. Tilt the control panel
backwards slightly, insert the retainers (2)
in the recesses in the housing (3), then
press down the control panel at the front
and allow to engage.
15. Operating the machine
An installation assistant is available
for initial installation. (Ö 9.)
The robotic mower should be
charged and operated at an
ambient temperature between +5°C
and +40°C.
Cut very high grass short using a
conventional lawn mower prior to
use of the robotic mower
(e.g. following a lengthy break).
