15.3 Adapting the programming
Current programmes can be seen in the
mowing plan or, in the case of the
RMI 632 C, RMI 632 PC models, in the
iMOW® app. (Ö 10.)
The mowing plan is calculated based on
the size of the mowing area during
installation or during the creation of a new
mowing plan.
The active times and the mowing
duration can be changed individually.
With the mow plan type Standard the
robotic mower mows and charges
precisely within the active times, with the
mow plan type Dynamic the necessary
mowing operations are automatically
distributed over the possible active times.
If required, several mowing or charging
operations can run during an active time. If
required, the edge of the mowing area can
be cut automatically at regular intervals.
(Ö 11.13)
Up to three different active times per day
are possible. (Ö 11.7)
If the robotic mower has to travel to
specific areas of the mowing area, starting
points must be defined. (Ö 11.14)
Changing the active times: (Ö 11.7)
– Additional active times for further
mowing operations
– Adapting the time window, e.g. to
prevent mowing during the morning or
night.
– Omitting individual active times
because the mowing area is e.g. being
used for a party.
Extending the mowing duration: (Ö 11.7)
– There are areas which are not mown
sufficiently, e.g. because the mowing
area has many corners.
– Intensive grass growth during the
growing period
– Particularly dense lawn
Reducing the mowing duration: (Ö 11.7)
– Reduced grass growth due to heat, cold
or dryness
Creation of a new mowing plan: (Ö 11.7)
– The size of the mowing area has been
changed.
New installation: (Ö 9.6)
– New location of the docking station.
– Initial operation on a new mowing area.
15.4 Automatic mowing
● Switching on automatic
mowing:
When automatic mowing is
switched on, the Automatic
symbol appears next to the battery
symbol on the display. (Ö 11.7)
● Starting mowing operation:
With the mow plan type Standard, the
robotic mower sets off at the beginning
of each active time and mows the lawn.
With the mow plan type Dynamic, the
mowing operations are automatically
distributed between the available active
times. (Ö 11.7)
● Ending mowing operation:
When the battery is discharged, the
robotic mower automatically travels
back to the docking station. (Ö 15.7)
A running mowing operation can be
ended manually at any time using the
STOP button or the "Drive home"
menu. (Ö 5.1)
Activating Homecall on the docking
station also ends the running mowing
operation immediately. (Ö 13.1)
RMI 632 C, RMI 632 PC:
The mowing operation can also be
ended using the app – send the robotic
mower to the docking station. (Ö 10.)
15.5 Mowing independently of active
times
● Activate the docked robotic mower by
pressing a button. This also switches on
the docking station.
Mowing areas with docking station:
● Immediate mowing:
Call up the "Start" menu (Ö 11.5) or
press the Mow button.
The mowing operation starts
immediately and continues until the
selected time. A starting point can be
selected, if available.
● RMI 632 C, RMI 632 PC:
Start mowing using the app. (Ö 10.)
The mowing operation starts at the
selected start time and continues until
the selected end time. A starting point
can be selected, if available.
If the mow plan type Dynamic is
selected, not all the active times
may be necessary for optimal lawn
care under certain circumstances
(e.g. warm weather or generous
time window).
Mowing areas that the robotic
mower reaches via a corridor are
only mown if starting points have
been defined in the relevant area.
