5 IMPORTANT SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
To reduce the risk of serious personal injury from
unintentional starting or fluid seepage from the spray
nozzle:
Never carry the spraying attachment with your finger
on the trigger switch.
Be sure the retaining latch is in the locked position
before inserting or removing the battery.
Never leave the sprayer unattended when the
battery is inserted.
Always switch off the sprayer, remove the battery
and depress the trigger switch to depressurize the
system after use.
Never store the battery in the sprayer.
5.7.3 Holding and Controlling the Sprayer
WARNING
To maintain a firm grip and properly control your sprayer:
Keep the spray attachment clean at all times. Keep
it free of pitch, oil, grease and resin.
To reduce the risk of serious or fatal injuries to the
operator or bystanders from loss of control:
Always hold the spray gun firmly when you are
working.
Wrap your fingers tightly around the spray gun.
Position the spray attachment in such a way that all
parts of your body are clear of the spray jet.
Remove the battery before assembling,
transporting, inspecting, cleaning,
servicing, maintaining or storing the
sprayer, and any other time it is not in
use.
