20 Cleaning
To clean the sprayer:
Clean the sprayer's polymer components, couplings and
connectors with a slightly dampened cloth. Do not use
abrasives or solvents that may damage the sprayer's
polymer components.
Do not use a pressure washer to clean the unit. Never
spray the unit with water or other liquids.
Keep the battery housing and guides free from foreign
matter and clean as necessary with a soft brush or soft,
dry cloth.
20.2 Cleaning the Filter
A clogged filter can cause excessive pressure to build in the
pump. Clean the filter if it becomes clogged.
To clean the filter in the container:
Remove cap (1) and strainer (2).
Take the filter (4) out of the container (3).
Rinse the filter under running water.
Fit the filter on the connector (5) and push it down until it
stops.
To clean the filter in the spray gun:
Remove the control handle (3) from the spray gun (1).
Remove the filter (2) from the spray gun.
Rinse the filter under running water.
Insert the filter into the spray gun and tighten by hand.
Fit the control handle on the spry gun and tighten firmly by
hand.
20.3 Cleaning the Nozzle
A clogged nozzle can cause excessive pressure to build in
the pump. Clean the nozzle if it becomes clogged.
To clean the nozzle:
Remove the nozzle (1) from the connecting piece (2).
Disassemble the nozzle.
