Make sure that the base of your pan is smooth, sits at against the glass. Only use pans with a base
diameter of at least 140mm. Using a slightly larger pan will maximise energy-e󰀩ciency. Always place
the pans within the area with printed lines on the glass.
Always lift pans o󰀨 the hob – do not slide, or they may scratch the glass.
Start cooking
After switching the hob on, the buzzer will beep once. All the indicator lights light up for a second and
go out, to indicate that the induction hob is now in standby mode.
1. Touch the On/O󰀨 key for a few seconds until the buzzer beeps once
and the displays show ‘-’ or ‘--’ to indicate that the hob is in standby
mode.
2. Place a suitable pan on the cooking zone that you wish to use.
Make sure the bottom of the pan and the bottom of the cooking
zone are clean and dry.
3. Touch the relevant heating zone selection control key
for the zone you wish to use, until the power level indicator starts to
ash.
