Press the "M"-button to enter the options menu and exit the menu.
Press the "▼"-button to enter video mode. This button can also be used to move up while the
camera is in menu mode "M" or to go to the previous shot while the camera is in playback mode "E".
Press the "▼"-button to enter photo mode. This button can also be used to move down while the
camera is in menu mode "M" or to go to the next shot while the camera is in playback mode "E".
Press the "M"-button to enter the setting change menu mode (press the "M" button again to enter
the next setting page). Press the "E" button to select a setting or to conrm the setting change.
Press the "◀"-button to take a manual photo or video while the camera is in photo/video mode.
Press this button to exit the playback state while in playback mode "E".
Press the "◀"-button to move left when setting the parameters in the menu interface.
Press the "▶"-button to move right when setting the parameters in the menu interface.
Press the "E"-button to enter playback mode in photo/video status. Press the "E" button to play the
video while in the video le.
OFF/TEST/ON: Turn o the camera in the "OFF" position. Select “TEST” to change camera settings,
take manual shots or view the recorded images.
Set the camera to "ON" mode when ready to use. 5 seconds after you put the camera in "ON"
mode, it will automatically enter standby mode. When the PIR detects that a pedestrian, animal or
object is moving in front of it, it will automatically operate (take photos/video).
USB: When the Camera is in “OFF” or “ON” mode, it can be connected to a computer in USB disk
mode to read out the recorded images.
When the switch is in the "ON" position, it will enter real-time mode. At the same time, it will start to
work without the manual operation of the Camera. When the animal or other objects enter the PIR
sensing area, they will immediately take photos or record videos.
If the animal wanders away from the PIR sensing area, the Camera will turn o the power and enter
standby mode.
In general, it is recommended that you place the Camera 0.9 to 1.8 meters o the ground.
To avoid potential false triggering due to temperature and monitoring interference, do not aim the
Camera at a heat source (e.g. the sun) or close to a tree trunk. Ideally, move north or south, away
from the branches near the front of the Camera.
